  I am at Walmarts two or more times a week, buy just about everything there. I help to keep them in business. I can say this, lot of times when you need help you cannot find anyone, if you do not need help, there's workers everywhere. Just saying. But I love Walmart.

  Ordered a space heater online for in-store pickup. Pell City was the only location that claimed to have it in stock. I received a text message that it was ready for pickup, so I drove 60 miles (one way!) to fetch it. Once I got there, it took me almost 15 minutes for someone to show up in "in-store pickup" to help me. She couldn't find my order in the system. Then she told me that the item was out of stock. I asked to speak with the store manager, who apparently didn't think it was important enough to offer an explanation on how an alleged hassle-free system became such a hassle. I waited for 10 minutes before completely giving up on the staff at this store. Upon returning home, I attempted to cancel the order online. It said I couldn't do that because the item "already shipped." WHAT? Did I ask for it to be shipped? It's cold TODAY -- It's not forecast to be cold on the delivery date. I wasted more than three hours due to Walmart's incompetence. Still, I find myself blaming -- well, myself. Why? Because it's Walmart. In Alabama. I should have expected far, far less.
